If you don’t love your mattress within the trial period, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
About the 100 Nights Sleep Trial
The 100 Nights Sleep Trial allows you to use your mattress at home for up to 100 nights from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 100 Nights Sleep Trial, the following conditions must be met:
- The mattress must be purchased directly from www.bostonmattress.in.
- The trial is applicable only to standard-sized mattresses (Customized sizes are not eligible).
- The trial does not apply to pillows, toppers, or accessories.
- The trial is not applicable to exchanges or purchases made due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Limit: Only one sleep trial return per household per year is permitted.
Conditions for a Valid Return
To ensure fairness and hygiene, the mattress must:
- Be used on a flat, supportive surface at all times.
- Be free from stains, tears, odours, soiling, dirt, burns, or any physical damage.
- Be protected using a waterproof mattress protector (strongly recommended).
- Be opened within 7 days of delivery.
- Be properly maintained and handled during the trial period.
*Photographic evidence of the mattress condition is mandatory when raising a return request. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the request.
Return Process & Packaging
- Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
- The mattress must be packed by the customer in the same manner as delivered to prevent damage during transit.
- Packaging costs, if any, incurred for return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
- Boston Mattresses reserves the right to deny returns if the product is damaged due to improper packing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking partner.
Exclusions
The 100 Nights Sleep Trial does not apply to:
- Pillows, Mattress toppers, and Accessories.
- Customized mattresses.
- Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, offline retailers, etc.).
Additional Guidelines
- The first 100 nights from delivery are considered part of the trial period, even if you switch models or sizes during this time.
- Customers are advised to rotate the mattress every three months to enhance comfort and longevity.
- Boston Mattresses reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Sleep Trial offer at any time without prior notice.
Final Authority
Boston Mattresses retains the sole discretion to assess mattress condition, approve or deny trial returns, and determine refund eligibility. All decisions are made with fairness and due diligence and shall be final.
Jurisdiction & Contact
Any disputes arising from the 100 Nights Sleep Trial shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
