If you feel your mattress is not the right fit within the eligible period, you may request a one-time comfort exchange for another mattress available on our website, subject to the terms and conditions below.
About the 100-Night Comfort Exchange
The 100-Night Comfort Exchange allows customers to exchange their mattress within 100 nights from the date of delivery for another eligible mattress available on www.bostonmattress.in.
Exchange requests can be raised only after 45 nights and before completion of 100 nights from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 100-Night Comfort Exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The mattress must be purchased directly from www.bostonmattress.in.
- The policy is applicable only to standard-sized mattresses.
- Customized mattresses are not eligible.
- Pillows, toppers, protectors, accessories, and bedding products are not eligible.
- Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or offline retailers are not eligible.
- Only one comfort exchange per order is permitted.
- The exchange policy is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Exchange Value & Price Difference
Customers may exchange their mattress for another eligible mattress available on our website under the following conditions:
If the new mattress is priced higher:
The customer must pay the applicable price difference before dispatch of the replacement mattress.
If the new mattress is priced lower:
No cash refund will be provided. Instead, the remaining balance will be issued as a Boston Mattresses store voucher.
Voucher Terms:
- Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Redeemable only on purchases made through www.bostonmattress.in.
- Cannot be converted into cash or transferred.
Conditions for a Valid Exchange
To maintain hygiene and ensure fair usage, the mattress must:
- Be used only on a flat and supportive surface.
- Be free from stains, tears, burns, odours, liquid damage, dirt, or physical damage.
- Be properly maintained during the usage period.
- Be opened within 7 days of delivery.
- Be protected using a mattress protector (strongly recommended).
Customers must provide:
- Order details
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photographs/videos of the mattress condition
Boston Mattresses reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the mattress condition is found unsuitable or damaged.
Exchange Process
- Customers must contact our support team within the eligible exchange window.
- Once approved, our team will assist with selecting a replacement mattress.
- The existing mattress must be packed securely by the customer to avoid transit damage.
- Pickup and logistics arrangements will be communicated by our team.
- Any applicable logistics, handling, or packaging charges will be borne by the customer.
Boston Mattresses reserves the right to deny exchanges if the mattress is improperly packed or damaged during return transit.
Important Notes
- This is a one-time comfort exchange offer and cannot be used multiple times for the same order.
- The replacement mattress received under this policy will not be eligible for another 100-night exchange.
- The original 100-night period continues from the date of first delivery and does not restart after exchange.
- Exchange approval is subject to product inspection and policy compliance.
- Boston Mattresses reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
Exclusions
The 100-Night Comfort Exchange does not apply to:
- Customized mattresses
- Pillows, toppers, protectors, and accessories
- Products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, retail stores, dealers, or third-party platforms
- Exchanges requested due to incorrect size selection by the customer
- Mattresses showing signs of misuse, damage, improper handling, or poor maintenance
Final Authority
Boston Mattresses retains the sole discretion to inspect the mattress, approve or deny exchange requests, determine exchange eligibility, and issue vouchers where applicable. All decisions made by Boston Mattresses shall be final and binding.
Jurisdiction & Contact
Any disputes arising from the 100-Night Comfort Exchange Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
