Boston Mattresses (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers product-specific limited warranties designed to protect customers against manufacturing defects while ensuring fair and transparent coverage. Warranty terms may vary by product and are applicable only as specified on the respective product page at the time of purchase.
1. Warranty Eligibility
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and initial owner of the product.
- Proof of purchase in the form of the original invoice is mandatory to claim warranty benefits.
- The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend, renew, or reset the original warranty period.
2. Warranty Coverage
Boston Mattresses warranties cover manufacturing defects only, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
Covered Under Warranty:
- Sagging or indentation of the mattress internal core, provided the depression exceeds 20% of the mattress thickness.
- Structural defects affecting performance or durability.
- Manufacturing flaws verified by our assessment team.
Note: If multiple mattresses are paired together, only the mattress exhibiting sagging or defect will be eligible for repair or replacement.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Normal increase in softness due to regular use.
- Comfort preferences (firmness, feel, or support dissatisfaction).
- Sagging or depression less than 20% of mattress thickness.
- Fabric-related issues: Tears, stains, burns, lint accumulation, or color fading.
- Damage caused by: Misuse, improper handling, improper storage, incorrect foundation/base, or accidental damage.
- Outer fabric cover wear and tear.
- Damage caused by the customer or third parties.
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Compatibility with specific medical or orthopedic conditions.
4. Repair & Replacement
- Eligible products may be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
- Our team strives to complete warranty resolutions as efficiently as possible.
- Customers are required to bear transportation and logistics costs associated with repair or replacement.
- Replacement products may vary slightly due to design updates or improvements.
5. Product Care & Maintenance
To maintain optimal warranty coverage, customers are advised to:
- Use the mattress on a suitable, supportive base.
- Handle the product carefully during movement or installation.
- Maintain the product in good hygienic condition.
Failure to maintain reasonable care may result in warranty denial.
6. Dimensional Tolerance
All Boston Mattresses products are manufactured with an industry-accepted dimensional tolerance of ±20 mm in length, width, or height. Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.
7. Product Updates & Modifications
Our products are subject to continuous improvement. Boston Mattresses reserves the right to modify product features, specifications, materials, or warranty terms without prior notice.
8. Final Authority
Boston Mattresses’ assessment and decision regarding the nature of the defect, eligibility for warranty, and repair or replacement method shall be final and binding.
9. Jurisdiction
All warranty-related disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
